A Breakfast blend of black tea from India and Sri Lanka. Medium bodied and balanced, this tea has more complexity than your typical breakfast blend and warrants being served without milk and sugar, although it can take both fairly well.

Brewing Suggestions: We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to195F/90C. Use 2.5g / 1.5 tsp for 12 oz of water. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
